What we collect

Through the contact form, only: your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, preferred contact method, the enquiry type you selected, and your message.

That is the complete list.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for your PAN, Aadhaar number, bank account details, passwords, OTPs, or income details through this website. There is no field for any of them.

Please do not send these through the contact form, by email, or over chat — to us or to anyone else who asks. Any document containing them belongs in the formal KYC process, not in a website enquiry.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to provide the service you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. Where you become a client, records are kept for as long as regulation requires.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything inaccurate
• delete your information, where we are not required to retain it
• withdraw consent you previously gave

Third-party form processing

Contact form submissions are processed by a third-party form service, which receives the fields listed above in order to deliver them to us. Once the form service is connected, it will be named here along with a link to its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers by default. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future, this page will say so before they are switched on.
